Terms of service
Our terms, in plain English
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Exaltis Solutions website audit service at audit.exaltis.uk. By creating an account or running an audit, you agree to them.
Who we are
The service is run by Exaltis Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 10977266), registered office: Northern Design Centre, Abbott's Hill, Gateshead, England, NE8 3DF. Contact: elaine@exaltis.uk.
What the service does
We check websites for security, speed, mobile friendliness and search engine basics, and give plain-English recommendations. If you connect Google Search Console, we also show how your pages perform on Google.
Our reports are guidance based on automated checks at the time of the audit. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or sales, and results from third-party tools such as Google can change.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give a real email address. You need to confirm it before your free report unlocks.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Only audit websites you own or have permission to check.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to overload it, get around plan limits, create multiple accounts for extra free audits, or access other customers' data.
Plans, prices and payment
- Free: one limited website audit per account and per website.
- Grow and Pro are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in pounds sterling, starting on the day you subscribe. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Exaltis Solutions Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
- Audit allowances reset each billing month and unused audits don't carry over.
- If we change a plan's price, the new price applies to new subscribers. We'll give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before any change to their price.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from My subscription.
- Upgrades, and switches between monthly and yearly, are charged straight away, with credit for unused time on your old plan.
- Downgrades apply with credit towards your next bill.
- If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Your saved reports are kept.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it keeps failing, your account moves to Free.
Cancellation rights and refunds
If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to cancel for a refund. Because the service starts straight away, we may deduct a fair amount for any audits you've already used. Business customers aren't covered by these consumer rights, but you can still cancel at any time as described above. To ask for a refund, email elaine@exaltis.uk.
Your data
How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from My business.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you and you can cancel.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity, or for changes you make to your website based on our reports. If you're a business customer, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use of the service
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.
Changes to these terms and the law that applies
If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and let you know by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
